14-day free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day Solo trial. A card is required at signup but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial at no cost.

Trial terms

• One trial per organisation
• Disposable email addresses are not accepted
• Full access to all Solo features during the trial

Changing plans

Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard.

• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the cycle
• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

Server overages

If you exceed the servers included in your plan, additional servers are billed at the overage rate shown above. Overage charges are calculated daily and billed at the end of each cycle.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Invoices

All invoices are available in your dashboard under Settings → Billing → Invoices. Invoices are issued in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — Reflex never sees or stores your card details.
